Terrible! Stay away! Everyone seemed very nice and professional at the beginning and as long as you do not need them to do anything for you! When you do, they were very unprofessional, charged me all sorts of hidden fees at the end of contract. Their maintenance contractor is nothing but a lousy handyman jack-of-all trades guy that charges professional price for below-average armature work! I would rather deal with more trustworthy honest people! Very disappointed with everything about this company.

Parking policy was very draconian. Mold was growing in my bathroom. Way overpriced for a poorly renovated studio.

DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY!! When moving out from a property I rented through them and doing the walkthrough I was told that they needed to keep $800 of my $1,400 deposit (I had the house professionally cleaned top to bottom) and that the rest would be mailed to me at my new address. I called 6 weeks later wondering why I had not received the check yet and they have then stated that they have decided to keep all $1,400 due to adding things that needed fixing even though per their policy what is stated in the walkthrough is final which is why we needed to be there for the walkthrough in the first place. They are scamming people and did a terrible job at fixing things in a timely manner. The guy who completed our walkthrough is named Mike and all the property manager wanted to do is blame everything on him and stated that she would have him reach out to me to go over everything, of course that did not happen. Again, DO NOT.. WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
